My good friend Anneli was helping me chopping radishes for dinner the other day.Suddenly she gave me a little glass of water with a raddish in it. She had cut a pattern into the raddish while I had my back to her.
"Leave the raddish in the water overnight. It will swell in the water and look like a flower in the morning", she said.
And she was right.
Can you believe that a simple raddish can turn into a decorative flower?This flower will look great as a decoration in a salad or a pie!
