This is a great list--I saw the omnivore version but this one is much more fun!

what are the bold names as opposed to the non-bold?
I really, really recommend Ethiopian food. It is delicious, with a curry that is definitely not Indian.

One could easily subsist as vegetarian with such yum choices!

Kitty, the bold ones are the foods I have tried. The non-bold ones are the ones I have yet to try...like okra! :-)
